My Story

Hi, I’m Brad Rittle, a senior sales and partnerships executive with over a decade of experience driving revenue and building iconic brand relationships in professional sports. At the New York Jets, I led the charge on a groundbreaking joint team and stadium partnership and consistently exceeded personal revenue goals by over 200%. I’ve built and managed high-performing teams, launched innovative sales programs, and closed multimillion-dollar deals across industries—from finance to fashion. I bring a strategic mindset, a passion for storytelling, and a track record of delivering results that elevate both the brands I serve and my team.

I was born in a small town outside of Reading, Pennsylvania, where I learned firsthand the power of hard work. My parents owned and operated a grocery store, and I spent much of my childhood immersed in various tasks—whether it was walking the aisles to straighten labels, restocking low inventory shelves, or my personal favorite: embarking on undercover “secret missions” to catch shoplifters. Simply put, I was immersed in the business world from the get-go.

I found my passion and rhythm in music during high school. Following in the footsteps of my dad and grandfather—both percussionists—I started playing progressive rock in a band called Relegate.

As the first person in my family to attend college, I was excited to continue growing. I chose Temple University in Philadelphia to broaden my horizons and earned a degree in Business Administration. In addition to my coursework—and to support myself while avoiding student loans—I worked over 40 hours a week as a valet. That experience taught me discipline, the art of hustle, and how to find common ground with just about anyone.

I never lost sight of my love for music and joined the band Johnny Action Figure while in college. In lieu of a typical summer internship, I’d pile into a van with three of my best friends and tour up and down the East Coast. We played cities large and small, from big venues to tiny bars and everything in between. The music was only part of the journey; the real lessons came from learning how to connect with people, build relationships, and adapt to the unexpected. I didn’t realize it at the time, but those road trips laid the groundwork for how I now connect with executives in boardrooms across the country.

As the music industry shifted into the streaming era, I knew it was time to pivot toward a more traditional career. Naturally, I chose one of the most competitive paths: professional sports—armed with a résumé that included a college degree, a driver’s license, and the ability to keep a beat. I still can’t believe I fit all of that on one page.

After years of persistence and networking, I landed my first opportunity with the Philadelphia 76ers following the NBA lockout. I started at the bottom of the sales totem pole and worked my way up to Premium Seating and Corporate Partnerships, eventually helping to launch their new Delaware G-League team. During that time, I learned from some of the most respected leaders in the sports business.

At the same time, I was ready to take the next steps in my personal life—I married my high school sweetheart, bought a home, and started a family. Then, the New York Jets called. As Sinatra often says (through my speakers), “If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere.” So, we made the move.

My roles with the New York Jets have evolved over the years—beginning in Premium Sales, then leading our new business department, and now serving on the Corporate Partnerships team. I’ve had the privilege of working with phenomenal professionals—groups of people who challenged me, supported me, and showed me what true collaboration looks like. I learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about listening, empowering others, and creating space for people to thrive. Those experiences taught me to lead with empathy, clarity, and a deep respect for the collective effort. On my portfolio page, you’ll see examples of the relationships I’ve built and the partnerships my team and I have brought to life.

In 2025, I earned my Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University—not just for my career, but to set an example for my kids. I want them to know the value of education and to always pursue their academic dreams.

My drive is attributed to my family - everything I do is for them. When I’m not with them—or working the crazy hours the sports industry demands—you can probably find me on the golf course. Thank you for being on this journey with me. I’d love to get to know you as well—feel free to reach out.
